As the owner of Kinvara Communications, I have more than a decade of experience in the fields of journalism and business communications. Currently, I am an editor and writer for a shelter magazine that covers interior design, architecture, gardening and food-related topics. I also work as a freelance journalist, where I have tackled projects ranging from writing articles for consumer and trade publications to collaborating with a private business client to develop public relations projects used to create an Internet-based educational program in China. In addition, I have completed copy writing and editing projects in the non-profit and for-profit fields, produced marketing and public relations brochures, and written and edited Web sites and blogs. In addition to my journalism experience, I also have served as a mid-level manager with a large financial institution. Kinvara Communications allows me to meld my passion for writing and editing with my business savvy to offer a diverse range of services.
